MONO EASY Essential and simply equipped, is a one-room apartment composed by living room area with sofa bed, kitchen section complete with cooking utensils, bathroom with shower, balcony, Tv LCD with DVD player, air conditioning.

BILO PANORAMIC Traditional and useful equipped, is composed by one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen section complete with cooking utensils, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view, Tv LCD with DVD player, air conditoning.

PENTHOUSE TOP CLASS  New, modern and chic, equipped in Natural Style, is the ideal solution for who want to spend their holiday in a refined place. Inside you can find a large double bedroom and a balcony with beautiful sea view, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen section complete with cooking utensils, MICROWAVE, bathroom with shower with automatic selection of warmth, courtesy, balcony with an exclusive sea view, Tv LCD with DVD player, air conditioning.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Cancellations must be made in writing and the client will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus the following penalties calculated on total rental price:
• 10% from the moment of the booking up to 30 working days before departure.
• From 29 working days before departure, there are no refunds.
• Moreover, there will be no refund paid to those who fail to turn up on the arrival date or for those who cut short their stay.
• All check-ins are on Saturday (unless established otherwise) as from 3 pm onwards.
• All check-outs are on Saturday with the obligation of Leaving the apartment no later than 10 am.
• If Clients do not arrive on the established day, but should need to postpone their arrival, or leave earlier than expected, they must always give notice of these changes. In such circumstances no reductions or reimbursements shall be given.
• The outstanding balance for the hotel stay shall be paid upon arrival when checking in, by cash, cheque or credit card.
• A security deposit of 200.00 euro must be paid upon arrival.
• The Security deposit will be refunded upon departure unless there should be any damages, loss or breakages.
• Any persons arriving in excess of those booked (even if they should be Children) will not be admitted to the accommodation.
• An extra Person will be allowed only in certain apartments that have been suitably equipped subject to the Agreement of the management.
